GETTING MY IPTV STRONG PRO TO WORK

I used your software to update my strong 4669x and following booting I noticed lock within the monitor.I attempted to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later on noticed the decoder was frozen Even though the lock wasn't there and many of the channels was vanished.The decoder is now frozen.What really should I do?pls wat do I do to my decoder 4922A.Wh
